• Prepare project schedules using Primavera / MS Project
• Develop WBS and timelines
• Monitor progress and handle delays
• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and client billing
• Verify subcontractor bills
• Track project cost vs budget
• Coordinate with site, QS, consultants, and clients
• Track procurement and material usage
• Conduct review meetings
• Prepare MIS and progress reports
• Maintain BOQ, variation, and contract records
• Support claims and delay analysis
• Review BOQ and contract clauses
• Ensure billing compliance
• Handle variations and extra items
• 12–15 years experience in construction
• Minimum 5 years in planning & billing roles
• Experience in hospital / healthcare projects (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of EPC project execution
• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Primavera / Planning certification preferred
• Primavera / MS Project
• Billing & Quantity Surveying
• BOQ & Contract Management
• Cost Control & Monitoring
• Strong reporting and coordination skills
