Overview

Yudek is hiring experienced Civil Engineers with strong interior fit-out project experience for projects in Chennai and Coimbatore. Candidates should be capable of handling site execution, coordination, quality control, and finishing works for commercial, residential, or industrial interior projects.

Manage site activities and ensure timely project completion

Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, and vendors

Prepare and review BOQ, drawings, and material requirements

Monitor site quality, safety, and workmanship

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

Manage subcontractors and site execution teams

Ensure proper material planning and wastage control

Attend client meetings and coordinate project updates

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works

Experience in commercial, office, or retail interior projects

Ability to read and understand civil and interior drawings

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD

Good communication and team handling skills

Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with relevant interior fit-out experience will be preferred.
