Pranathee Services is hiring Assistant Manager – HR for construction industry operations in Bangalore.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience preferred
• Experience in construction industry HR operations preferred
• Good communication and employee coordination skills
• Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation
• Experience in manpower planning and contractor coordination

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and corporate positions
• Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
• Support payroll, attendance, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance activities
• Coordinate employee engagement and grievance handling
• Coordinate with project sites for manpower planning and labor compliance
• Maintain HRMS records and prepare MIS reports for management
• Male candidates preferred as per current operational requirement
