• Introduction of CRM process through welcome communication
• MIS preparation and regular updating of receipts
• Application form checklist management
• Execution and coordination of Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed, and Home Loan documentation
• Coordination with site teams for customization requests
• Preparation and handling of bank-related documents
• Timely updating of customer status and project progress
• Managing customer communication regarding project delays and payment schedules
• Collection of demand letters and coordination with bankers for disbursements
• Registration process coordination
• Sending customer invitations, reminders, and updates
• Coordination between Sales, Accounts, Liaison, Design, and Site teams
• Site visits as required
• End-to-end CRM support until final handover of villa or flat to the customer
