- BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6+ years relevant experience

📋 Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor master construction programs and project schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve planning and execution issues
- Perform critical path and work analysis to improve project efficiency
- Plan manpower and material resources as per project requirements
- Monitor overall project progress and report status, outcomes, and action plans
- Prepare financial year planning and progress reports
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project (MSP)
