🏗 Job Description
We are hiring a proactive Safety Engineer to implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices at construction sites. The role involves close coordination with site teams to ensure safe working conditions and statutory compliance.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Implement site safety policies and ensure HSE compliance
Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend control measures
Ensure proper usage of PPE and safety equipment
Monitor unsafe acts/conditions and initiate corrective actions
Assist in accident and incident investigation and reporting
Maintain safety records, permits, and statutory registers
Coordinate with project and contractor teams to enforce safety practices
🎓 Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Safety
NEBOSH / IOSH / ADIS certification preferred
🧑💼 Experience
3–8 Years
Experience in infrastructure or building construction projects
🛠 Skills Required
Strong knowledge of construction safety norms and statutory requirements
Good communication and site coordination skills
Ability to work independently at project sites
