- Planning Engineers: 4–20 years
- QS & Billing Engineers: 2–10 years

- Safety Officers: 3–15 years
🎓 Qualification
- Diploma / B.E (Civil)
- Residential project experience mandatory
- Mivan and finishing experience preferred
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including execution, planning, MEP, QA/QC, QS, and safety
- Ensure site execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain documentation, reports, and site progress records
- Monitor timelines and achieve project milestones
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
