📍 PROJECT LOCATION
- PAN India – Civil SBU
🔧 ROLE EXPOSURE (KEY SKILLS)
- Site Execution: Mivan construction, site coordination
- Project Planning: MS Project / Primavera proficiency
- MEP: Coordination of services in high-rise projects
- Billing & Cost Management: BOQ preparation, rate analysis, client billing
- Formwork: System / modular / monolithic formwork
- Quality Assurance: QA/QC processes, inspection & testing
- EHS: Knowledge of safety regulations (AIDS/PIDS from SDTET mandatory as mentioned)
- Commercial (Accounts): Financial review, statutory & internal audit exposure
