Job Responsibilities
- Project execution, site supervision, and coordination
- Billing, QS activities, contractor bills, and BOQ preparation
- Execute work as per architectural, structural, and service drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and government authorities
- Ensure safety and quality control as per CPWD / PWD norms
- Manage contractors, labor, and material usage
- Prepare reports and maintain complete project documentation
Eligibility & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in commercial and government projects
- Strong working knowledge of CPWD / PWD standards
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site management
- Good communication and leadership skills
