- Strong expertise in Conventional RCC construction & finishing works
- Must have completed at least one project end-to-end (excavation to handover)
- Sound knowledge of project planning, execution & coordination
- Experience handling contractors, vendors, site engineers & schedules
- Good understanding of quality control, safety norms & cost management
