- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination experience

Qualification: B.E. Civil / DCE
Experience: 12+ Years
Mandatory Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in Industrial & Warehouse building construction

- Experience handling large-scale industrial projects
3️⃣ Tendering Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)
Qualification: B.E. Civil
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Skills Required:
- Quantity take-off & BOQ preparation
- Experience in Industrial / Commercial building projects
- Basic understanding of tendering procedures and documentation
