1) Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – QS & Billing

Location: Bangalore (Devanahalli)
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Experience: 5–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and certification of RA bills and final bills
Quantity take-off as per drawings and BOQ
Cost control, budgeting, and reconciliation
Client billing and coordination with consultants
Handling variations, claims, and rate analysis
Subcontractor billing and certifications
Monitoring project cost and cash flow

Requirements

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in QS & Billing for construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ, and measurement standards
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing tools
Good communication and coordination skills

2) MEP Manager

Location: Bangalore (Devanahalli)
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate
Experience: 10–15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Overall planning, execution, and management of MEP works
Coordination with civil, architectural, and interior teams
Review of MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
Managing MEP contractors and subcontractors
Ensuring quality, safety, and statutory compliance
Monitoring project schedules and resolving site issues
Coordination with consultants, clients, and authorities
Budget control, BOQ, billing, and certification of MEP works
Testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems

Requirements

BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
10–15 years of experience in MEP execution for large projects
Exposure to commercial, high-rise, industrial, or mixed-use projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire fighting
